Brief Description:  VS mounting

finished drilling the f.812b after walking two of the holes. This took a while. drilled VS top 2 and lower 3 bolts, had to walk the lower starboard bolt hole inboard before final drilling for edge distance. Made a template of the wd-409 to place on the aft face of 812 bulkhead to check for edge dist and spacing before drilling. still managed to drill right of center on the starboard hole but was able to get edge dist after walking the hole inboard with a file to start, and then a drill block and all worked out.

after loosely bolting together, the VS appears perfectly aligned vertical fore and aft and side to side (by "perfectly" i mean within 0.2 deg. i probably have 0,2 deg calibration error in my digital level/angle finder. and the bubble level appears as aligned as i can get it both laterally and vertically. determination of VS/fuselage parallelism is more difficult to measure as accurately, but the plans call for eyeballing it with a fuselage centerline. it looks aligned to my eyeball.
