continued with floorboard nutplate installation. this has been a taxing endeavor. i like the idea of removeable floorboards, but i had no idea of the difficulty of the task. i believe this would be easier on the standard kits (ie, non-QB). the QB kits have so much work already done, that there is very little room in which to work to install all the nutplates. i have had to drill out and replace a number of rivets that either didn't set properly due to the difficult riveting position or holes that were not properly aligned due to a homemade nutplate jig that was a little bit misaligned. only a few more nuplates to go on the floorboards - the four required for the flap actuator blocks.
