fabricated c804 & c805 which get riveted together and then screwed to th turtledeck to form the canopy slider rail. this took quite a while to make. the c804 gets drilled and then bent to match the pre-bent c805. the c804 then becomes the drill guide for the c805. this assembly gets machine countersunk on top and bottom so that you end up with flush rivets both sides. i drilled the optional lightening holes in c805. there a lot of holes to drill in these two parts. and all that deburring that goes along with it....
ready for primer and rivet.
