fit the fuel selector valve bracket and drilled in place. next i fit the f881 mid cabin covers and match drilled those too. i removed all the parts and began fitting the fuel selector valve. i'm using the standard Van's issue selector valve and this requires grinding off the indicator on the selector lever. the handle itself is used as the indicator to remove any question as to which tank is selected.
fitting the valve took a little while and was an iterative process to ensure it was mounted accurately to swing equally left and right when selecting tanks. once i drilled the bracket for the mounts, i clecod it all back together and drilled the hole through the left mid cabin cover for the valve stem.
