Brief Description:  aft floor misalignment

when i removed the floorboards after match drilling for the nutplates and flap actuator blocks, i noticed that i had drilled them with the starboard floor misaligned. after review, i don't believe this causes any real problems other than cosmetic, except where one ribs' nutplates are drilled very close to the web. since there are no structural loads here, it shouldn't be an issue anyway. however, in the photos you can see where the aft edge of the aft floorboards don't line up. the misalignment of the starboard floor causes the starboard hinge to have 3 rivets near the material edge of the hinge. i am contemplating putting a thin plate on top of the hinge over these 3 rivets for proper edge distance, but i don't think it will cause much harm without it. the floors otherwise fit fine, so it is really just a cosmetic issue. a good example of NOT "measuring twice, cutting once".
