completed the countersinking of the floor ribs for the nutplates. this is a ton of extra work to make removable floorboards and baggage compartment panels. i think i'm now better at countersinking freehand than with the countersink cage.... the lateral scratches visible in photo 2 on the port side are just surface scratches from the shop vac. i think i had some metal chips stuck to the hose adapter and i let the vac hose drag across the panel. i was already planning to paint the interior to include the areas under the floor and bag compartments so this will get buffed out and painted.
