match drilled lower, outer wing skin on port side. initial fit was terrible. appeared that the wing rib flanges were not bent to proper 90 deg. also had to gently flex the aft spar towards the main spar to get the prepunched holes in the skin to line up. after searching the forums, this evidently is a common finding and there is a technique for installing the skins. begin at the aft center and begin clecoing forward by 5-6 holes, then go outboard 5-6 holes, then forward again, then outboard. this was described to me as "like making a bed and smoothing the sheets from the middle out". seemed to work out ok, and the holes lined up a bit better.
