returned for deployment to curacao, netherland antilles. was gone 3-1/2 weeks on counter-drug missions, but curacao is not a bad place from which to fight a war...
back to it - installed pitch trim hardware. installation of ray allen co. servo is straightforward, although he supplies much too short electrical leads. makes it tough to rig for testing.
these photos show the test rig offered in the plans, which consisted of using a 9-volt battery connected through the rocker switch. i'm going to install a "coolie" hat on the stick grip for pitch trim, but i may use this supplied rocker type switch as a backup on a side console.
