Brief Description:  final debur & dimple HS

deburred all holes & edges on skeleton and skins. will do surface finish just prior to priming.

used pneumatic squeezer for dimple skeleton. this is the greatest tool ever. no one should have to build a metal airplane without a pneu squeezer!

dimpled left skin with c-frame. got lots of surface scratches in the alclad. most appear to be minor surface blemishes and buff out with the maroon scotchbrite pad. used 400 grit sandpaper on deeper ones.

need to get some 600 paper as well.

was surprised at the number of "smiley's" left by the clecos.

dimpled perimeter of right skin with the squeezer. perfect dimples every time.

the leading edge middle dimples were extremely difficult with the c-frame. wasn't all that comfortable flexing the skins to get these hole dimpled.

still pressing on with the plan to dimple the pilot drilled holes and not final drill to #40 or whatever is called out. the rivets seem to fit well in these holes.
