The throttle quadrant was modified and mounted today. To provide room for the anchor nut, some minor trimming of the quadrant mounting bracket needed. This was quickly dispatched with a small bur in my Dremel tool.
The throttle also needed to be modified to provide clearance for the control cable clevises. The wooden spacers in the quadrant were sanded on the edge of the belt sander to provide a radiused clearance as shown in Image #1. The Quadrant was then reassembled and mounted in the fuselage.
