Brief Description: Prepping and Mounting the Horizontal Stabilizer to
Modifications to the horizontal stabilizer skin to clear the mounting brackets on the fuselage were completed today. The horizontal stabilizer was then set in the approximate mounting position and temporarily clamped in place.
