Brief Description: Control Identification Graphics
The new paint on the throttle quadrant cured enough to remount it. The left side skin was temporarily remounted so the alignment of the control graphic with the controls could be checked. It all looks good. All of the wires seen in the photos will be hidden in tunnels behind the carpeting, at final assembly.
Clearance holes in the spar structure cover were updrilled to allow the cover to be removed without removing the upper spar guide adjusters. Velcro was applied to the underside of the previously painted spar structure cover, and it was mounted in place.
The fuel valve graphic was applied to the valve cover plate, and three layers of clear-coat applied to protect the graphic. The valve cover plate was mounted.
The rivets for the baggage tunnel were mounted on a piece of foam, then primed and painted to match the tunnel paint. After the paint cured, the tunnel cover was riveted in place.
