Brief Description: Rejoin the Fuselage Halves for Some Detail Work
Since the cabin floor is now permanently installed, the lower wing guide blocks were screwed into position, and the wing leveler screws were installed through the bottom skin.
The two fuselage halves were temporarily assembled, and a ¼” hole was match drilled from the short vertical tube behind the seat, then through the right pushrod cover.
The bottom features of the #1 left and right rear fuselage formers were modified to provide clearance around the roll bar tubes. The roll bar flanges were match drilled to the lower ends of the #1 left and right rear fuselage formers from behind with a #30 drill.
The #1 left and right rear fuselage formers will not be permanently installed until much later to provide better access to the aft fuselage.
