The right flap was disassembled, deburred, and the upper and lower surfaces dimpled for countersunk rivets. The flap was then reassembled with clecos in every other hole, and the riveting was completed except for the drive rib. The drive rib will be riveted after the flap is mounted on the wing and trimmed to the fuselage.
I also started preparation for assembly of the left flap. The protective film on the ribs was removed, and the edges deburred. I also started removing the protective film from the skin before I had to quit to take care of some domestic responsibilities.
