Started assembly of the rudder. Located the rudder horn to the lower rib and match-drilled the rib. Deburred both parts and set the rudder horn aside. Marked all of the rib centerlines, cut out the four rib stiffners apart and deburred. Fitt the ribs and skin stiffners to the skin, #40 drilled, the clecoed everything together
