Brief Description: Distributer Timing & New Spark Plugs
Most of today was spent setting the distributer baseline timing. This had been done earlier, but the distributer was pulled to prime the oil system yesterday. It took me longer than expected to get it set for 8-degrees of advance for the first engine run, but I eventually got it right.
After the baseline timing was set, the new Denso IWF22 sparkplugs were installed with graphite anti-seize, and torqued to 9-lb/ft.
