Brief Description: Final Assembly - Rudder, Elevator Trim & Brakes
Over the past two days, the installation of the vertical stabilizer and rudder has been completed. The rudder hinge pin was safetied and the elevator trim connected and adjusted.
The brake line fittings were tightened, and the brake system filled with 5606 fluid. Filling from the bottom worked very well, and after a couple of strokes, the brakes were firm. They will be pressure tested tomorrow.
