Brief Description: Wiring Harness Cleanup and Aft Bottom Skin
Over the weekend and part of today, the wiring on the avionic shelf was cleaned up, laced, and secured to the tray with zip ties. It looks much better now.
I also spent some time replacing most of the 4-40 screws used to secure connectors to the avionics boxes. For some reason most of them were about 1/16” too short.
I also started attaching the aft lower skin. Tank sealant was applied to the forward edge where it overlaps the steel fuselage tube, and SS rivets were applied to the forward edge. The remaining rivets will be applied tomorrow.
