The instrument panel layout has been completed and the cut drawing generated. I took the instrument panel graphics to a local Vinyl Graphics company to see if they could make a vinyl overlay for the panel that would include the back ground color and all of the lettering. He assured me they could do it and offered a rough estimate of $35.00. Now I need to figure out how to convert my CAD file to a format they can actually use.
A full scale hard copy of the panel cut design was printed. This will be glued to the panel blank then the openings cut with various hand tools.
