Today, I fabricated and installed the overboard vent line. The whistle slot can be seen in Image #2. I still need to make the lower stainless steel clamp that secures the bottom of the tube to the bottom of the left exhaust manifold.
Image #3 shows one of the three firewall fittings through which the engine related wiring will pass. These fittings are electrical “Screw In Connectors,” available at Lowes for about $2.00 each including the nut. The nice feature is the tubular extension on the engine side. Its O.D. fits the inside of fire sleeve perfectly.
