The left lower fairing geometry was tweaked slightly, then a strap duplicator was used to drill rivet holes in the fairing aligned with the existing holes in the fuselage. BSC-43 rivets were installed in the left rear skin except for the seven holes that will mount the lower fairing. The fairing was dimpled and the lower edge rolled, then clecoed in place. The clecos were removed one at a time and replaced with BSC-42 rivets, completing installation of the lower left fairing.
