Construction of the flaps began today. The protective plastic was removed from the right flap skin and its ribs. The ribs were deburred, then the centerlines of all their flanges were marked.
Both flap drive angles were cleaned up, deburred, then match drilled and clecoed to the drive ribs. All of the ribs were then match drilled to the right skin, and clecoed in position.
