The wings were flipped over on the saw horses to provide access to the aileron controls and access holes.
Two of the inboard rib lightening holes were modified with a burr in a die grinder, to provide room for the aileron joiner system to operate.
The openings for the aileron push rods on the bottom of the wing were extended to the rear spar with a burr in the die grinder.
Two short aileron push rod assemblies were assembled. I ran out of the bushings for the rod ends, and because I didn’t want to wait for them to be shipped I fabricated two sets on my lathe.
