Today, the wings were pulled out of the fuselage and set on saw horses. This provided the opportunity to add a 1/16” thick aluminum shim to the left inside surface of the spar box, to prevent the right wing from being inserted too far.
Two wing joiner and two fuselage joiners were cleaned up, deburred, polished and assembled.
The ends of both wing joiner mounting angles were trimmed with a reciprocating saw, beveled with files, and polished.
