Fitt the ribs and skin stiffners to the skin, #40 drilled, the clecoed everything together with the fixture block attached to the upper rib. The ends of the assembly rested on two 2X4's that had been carefully aligned with a quality digital level. (Photo 1) Everything looked good, so I flipped the assembly over to verify that there was no twist in the assembly. I was horrified to see that the trailing edge of the fixture block was off the support block by 1/8" (Photo 2.) After scratching my head for a while, I descided to set the rudder aside and think about it while I moved on with the Horizontal Stabilizer.
