Bought the rolling tool tray from Harbor Freight for $29. The rolling parts stand is a modification of what I saw on the PBS video "From the Ground Up." It has sheet parts on the bottom, bins for tools, clecos in coffee cans, and rivets on top. The back side is a corkboard. The whole thing is on wheels.
