Spent a couple hours deburring edges and holes of the VS parts. Also, used the stationary belt sander to clean up and chamfer the edges of the VS stiffener. Then I used a 3M cut & polish wheel on a pneumatic die grinder to polish the edges and lightening holes to a smooth finish.
Next step is a quick edge polishing on the VS parts with the cut & polish wheel and then on to the dimpling.
