Brief Description:  HS l/h-side assembly

Well, I elected to try to follow the manual and continue contruction without a jig. Many have done it before, so I'm not exactly pioneering here. Anyway, it went together pretty well. I did the left-hand side of the horizontal stabilizer. The skeleton was assembled and the skin cleco'd in place. then the HS-405 and HS-404 main ribs were fitted and drilled - had a bit of trouble with this and I'm not 100% happy with the fit of the HS-405 to HS-702 spar & HS-404 nose rib. Wasn't too bad, but I am quite fussy. Finally, I matched drilled the entire skin, removed it, and match drilled the HS-810 & HS-814 to the HS-702 front spar. So that's the left hand side almost done. All that remains (he says lightly) is to disassemble, deburr, cleanup, dimple, prime and rivet together. Not much then! Oh, and then there's the right-hand side !! (actually, I'll be doing the r/h side before priming and rivetting).
