Did some more fibreglass work on the rudder. Also made a couple of aluminium plates to bolt the light too. I wasn't real happy with my first plan though, so I scrapped that idea. I'm on to plan B now: re-shape the fibreglass as per original, and screw the light directly to it. I need to drill a 1" hole for the body of the light, and some silicon sealant to fill in behind the mounting plate. Will take another look tomorrow night or Monday; I'm probably going to the public airshow day of SportAvex tomorrow.
