Tonight I unpacked and inventoried the second of the two larger boxes. That was the one that had the bulk of the actual RV-8 fuselage kit in it. Man, how many parts are there?!! I'm really very impressed by the number of parts and the extent to which almost everything has been pre-punched and/or pre-fabricated. Simply amazing. I'm also feeling very overwhelmed at just what is ahead of me. Not only that, but somehow I need to work out how to store all these bits, given the limited amount of space that I have. I have yet to check and inventory the hardware bag, electric aileron trim kit and ground adjustable rudder pedal kit. Tomorrow night, we'll tackle the final box: that's the one with all my special bits in it: Classic Aero seats, Grove airfoil gear, Tom Clark fastback kit, SteinAir vents, Flightline Interior aileron pushrod boots and firewall insulation.
