Cut a couple of stiffener angles and match drilled them to the sides of the cutout. I also need one along the back but I'll wait until I have the hartwell latch from Wicks Aircraft before I fit that one. Not a whole lot of building going on at the moment, but I try to get just a little done as and when I can. Later on I went out and riveted on the SafeAir1 static ports and then removed the VS. I noted the rudder swing was a little stiff: I'll need to sort that out when I put it back on.
