Brief Description:  Cockpit fuel system

Its looking like spaghetti junction under the Andair fuel valve now, and I still have one more line to complete! After 2¾ hrs I got the left and right fuel lines done (although I have yet to final mount the right-hand line, or make the final bend outboard of the right side skin). The left fuel line in particular was very tricky since the valve fitting is close to the skin and I had to avoid the return line. Took me two attempts that one. I am unable to final fit the right-side fuel line since the center section is still help together with clecos that are in the way. Until I can mount this line, I can't determine exactly where to put the 1/4" fuel return line either. Nor can I accurately determine the position of the final bend in the fuel line. As a result, I have decided that I will stop doing fuel lines here and get back on with rivetting the fuselage. Once the center section is riveted I shall return to the final fuel return line, since access to that side of the Andair isn't too bad. Mind you, I'm wondering how exactly we are supposed to perform the final installation and correctly torque of all those fittings given how tight it is down there. That'll be an exercise and a half...
