Was in the workshop for an hour and a half tonight but didn't really achieve a whole lot. I located all the parts I need for the fuselage mid-section, removed the blue and ran them all across the scotchbrite wheel. Apart from the skins that is.
I then looked for a long time at all those bits and thought of the edge-finishing. I decided I couldn't really face it tonight (God, how I hate edge-finishing!) and skipped ahead a couple of points to drill and countersink various holes for nutplates and snap-bushings. I'll try to drag up the enthusiasm for edge-finishing tomorrow, but with it being cold and dark in the evenings at the moment moral just isn't that high :-)
Not only that, but I haven't been able to get Derrick round here to assist with rivetting the seat rib sub-assembly yet. I could probably go it alone, but I rather get some assistance to minimize mistakes.
Incidentally, this post clocks me in at 804 man-hours total time on the build so far... (not including research and logging).
