Tonight we dimpled the stainless firewall (man I've missed that DRDT-2!!). Then we countersunk all the aluminium angles as required, deburred any remaining holes and finally wiped with meths before scotchbrighting. The firewall itself still needs to be edge-finished, but at least all the aluminium parts are ready to be primed. I hope at least one of the days in dry this weekend and I'm not called upon to go skydiving.
