The replacement aileron hinge bracket arrived from Vans today so I match drilled it to the other one and prepped it for priming: that will have to wait until tomorrow night though, since I don't really have time tonight. My new microstop countersink cage arrived from Avery too, so I'll have the mini-micro set permanently for #40, the existing cage set for #30, and the new cage set as needed for everything else. Hopefully it will make life both easier *and* help prevent me screwing up countersinks in the future... :-)
