Is there no end to it!!! Finished dimpling the holes around the edges of the bottom wing skins which I didn't do with the DRDT-2 the other night. Also fitted the bottom skins to the wing and checked the fitting of the access panels. All go, so cleco'd them on, removed the skins and then drilled and dimpled both the skins and the access panels for the K1100-08 nutplates and AN509-8R8 screws. I still need to edge finish the outboard skin and the access panels themselves, but otherwise they are ready for priming next sunny weekend day I get. Bottom inboard skin is all done and ready. Finally, I cleco'd on the [now primered] outboard top skin in preparation for rivetting it to the wing skeleton. I'll need to try and get Derrick round again I think... perhaps if I offer pizza and beer?? :-)
