Brief Description: Fuel Tank Service Bulletin Compliance
Re-fitted and prosealed the flop tube on the left wing. Of course, I can't see the inside, so now I'm worried about whether or not there's enough proseal in there. I'll let the thing setup solid for a week or so before touching it again. Besides, I'm waiting for more screws to arrive from Vans, along with a leak test kit and a 1oz tub of proseal. I still need to re-fit the access cover, of course, before I can leak test. Unsure whether to use proseal or re-use the cork gasket; the gasket is just fine, so maybe I'll re-use that and if it leaks remove it and proseal. Who knows, right?, I change my mind like the wind anyway...
