Won't bore you with pictures this time. The only difference is that I masked off a strip along the whole spar (the affected length anyway) and did the rattle can primer thing. Quicker than masking off each nutplate. Other than that, all the same, except I had to drill a couple out and re-do them. Fortunately I managed to do so without affecting the hole. Phew!
