The Proseal from Vans arrived but there's a problem: its a 6oz syringe and it gets mixed all at once. Its way more than I need for the rudder stiffeners alone so most of it would be wasted. I have subsequently decided to continue construction of the R/H elevator and then do the rudder and the elevator assembly together to minimize wastage. I'll probably have to work fast since I understand it sets pretty quick.Tonight then: riveted the stiffeners to the skin and then checked for straightness. Bent the skin and checked for straightness again. Its all good (don't want a repeat of the rudder). Assembled the skeleton as per the manual to the point where the skin and elevator horn are cleco'd on and the whole lot needs match drilling.
