I decided to have a go at riveting the vertical stabilizer tonight, even though Jackie isn't back from England yet to help. I made up a test piece of two bits of scrap first to get the technique and gun pressure just right, and then went for it. I'm pleased to say that it went really quite well. I had to drill out about three rivets but otherwise it was ok. Cleco'd on the rear spar when I was done. Tomorrow night I'll squeeze all the ones around the edges.
