I started riveting the VS rear spar together this afternoon. It was going ok, had to drill out a few rivets, and then the spa pool pump decided to throw a leak. Since it is in the workshop, the floor started getting rather wet. At which point I was pretty much forced to stop and attend to that instead. Bugger. Got all the flush rivets in the lower rear spar and riveted all the hinge brackets in place. I may get a chance later on to finish riveting the VS-808PP spar doubler in place. Maybe. On another note, although the priming still wasn't to my satisfaction, I think I'm narrowing down the settings and mixes I need for reasonable results. Will find out on the next piece, which is the rudder, I think.
