Used the C-frame (carefully) and dimpled all the centre holes on the VS-801PP skin. Deburred all the holes on the front and rear spars. Dimpled the forward facing holes on the lower rear spar as shown on the plans. Countersunk the same holes in the VS-808PP spar doubler. Cleaned up the edges on the doubler and drilled the optional lightening holes; saved 95g that did! (it was originally 580g, now 485g). All that remains prior to priming is to dimple the edge holes in the skin, dimple all the ribs & edge-finish all parts as appropriate.
