Completed the assembly and drilling, etc of the right-hand side of the horizontal stabilizer. Jackie helped me with the cleco-ing of the skin a couple of times. I like to use a lot of cleco's and a second pair of pliers (with hands attached!) really helps out. I might actually buy some more cleco's from Avery as I didn't really have enough for my liking, though I had enough to do the job satisfactorily. Tomorrow I intend to build a carpeted box around the C-frame dimpler and enlist Jackie's help in dimpling the r/h HS-801PP skin; don't want to make the same mistake again. Aprt from the extra work, it pissed me right off for several hours and I didn't want to work on anything else. Funny how therapeutic it can be when you get back on board again though. It's 9pm, dark as molasses, pissing with rain and blowing a gale ... good time to walk the dog then. Lucky me.
