No pictures tonight, sorry guys. Just wasn't interesting enough! Didn't get a whole lot done today. Dimpled and countersuck the HS-702 front spar and HS-810 / HS-814 angles. Notched the two HS-404 nose ribs. Also straightened / fluted the ribs. I was studying the manual and trying to work out how to drill the front flange of the HS-405 rib to ensure correct hole edge distance when it is fixed to the rear flange of the HS-404 nose rib. Made my brain hurt. Then I remembered seeing something about it on the construction DVD by George and Becky Orndorff. I've stopped for the night so I can review the DVD again, but if I remember rightly it will help significantly if I build the required jig. Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow. (Hint: given the weather at the moment, its unlikely to be skydiving...)
