Match drilled the HS-413PP and HS-412PP hinge brackets to the rear spar. Drilled holes for HS-708 main ribs. Drilled and assembled HS-411BPP & HS-411PP hinge brackets with VA-146 bearing and fitted to rear spar. Fitted and match drilled the HS-801PP skins to the rear spar.I have used some light punch marks to identify the parts so they go back the same way. I'm a little concerned that the marks are so light that I won't see them after the parts are primed. To help avoid this I will also prime the parts in two seperate batches of 'left' and 'right'. By that I mean, at the same time, but kept seperate.I'm going to leave the rear spar cleco's up for now, but tomorrow night I will remove the skins, deburr the holes and then dimple them (the skins, that is). I might also dimple the holes on the spar, but that would probably be easier when I disassemble it prior to priming. Then I can make a start on the front spar. I'm expecting to build a bit of a jig this weekend for the assembly and rivetting.
