First thing I did tonight is re-bend the harness attach brackets: I had remembered reading somewhere that the attachment for the Hooker harnesses needed a larger gap between the two brackets. I dug out my Hooker harness to check and this was indeed the case.
With the harness brackets sorted I moved on to the forward center section. I fluted the two forward bulkheads and then match-drilled them to the forward center section. Next I drilled and countersunk the ntplate rivet holes in the center section and the two bulkheads. I can't get any further than that until the bulkheads are deburred and primered. I'll do the deburring tomorrow night, but I suspect that I'll have to primer the next night after work; I hate having to do that because it takes so much time to do and with it being dark I can't open the doors for fear of attracting bugs. However, not only do I not want to wait for the weekend, but I need to do tandem jumps following my rating course last week, so that takes more committment than usual. I simply don't have enough hours in my days, not enough days in my weeks :-(
