Not much to do today. Still waiting for that burraway from Wicks, so unable to complete the fitting of the flap yet (since I have no way to properly deburr the underside of the skin holes). Decided that the wing tip trailing edge repair was probably set up enough by now so got on with that. I haven't sanded it completely and finally smooth, but it isn't bad. Final finishing will come during paint prep, whenever that might be.
