Spent three quarters of an hour cutting some V-jigs for the flap assembly. Unfortunately, I don't have any screws, so I can't actually screw the jig together! I know it seems a long time just to make a jig, but I wanted it cut accurately; rumours abound that it is very easy to build a twist into the flaps, so I want to reduce the likelihood of that. Hence, I measured and cut as accurately as possible so as to reduce jog misalignment as much as possible. Will try to buy some screws and finish the jig tomorrow evening, but I have limited time over the next couple of days (exam, of course).
