Brief Description:  Aileron hinge bracket & flap brace

I'm really not fairing too well these days. I just made the same error on a piece of the same sub-assembly as I did last week (outboard aileron hinge bracket assembly). Last week it was W-414C-R angle; this evening it was the W-414A-R bracket. Once again, I countersunk a hole too much because I thought I had the countersink cage pre-set and obviously I didn't. So I ordered another new part from Vans. Again. At least I'm helping to keep FedEx in business. Lucklily it isn't a very expensive part. I was *annoyed* with myself that I didn't really want to carry on any further. After I took Chester for a walk I got back into it and assembled and riveted the inboard aileron hinge bracket and the flap brace. That's me done until the new part arrives and gets match drilled and primered. I've also decided to purchase another micro-stop countersink cage. That way I'll have the mini-cage pre-set for #40, a normal cage pre-set for #30 and the spare cage for all other sizes. I'll also try to remember to always wind out the cage after use so the worst that can happen next time I use it is no cut at all; hopefully that will prevent me sinking too deep in future. Lucky for me I only made these mistakes on small, cheap parts. (Mind you, that last order from Vans hit me for $156, what with the few extras and the freight; ouch!!!)
