Brief Description:  Leading edge, right wing

Knee still hurts today, but rather than constant pain it just twinges and gives out slightly from time. Not bad enough to keep me out of the shop this evening!! Finished riveting the leading edge on. Also stuck rivets in the top holes of the rib/spar flange where the fuel tank goes. These holes get covered by the screwed down tank skin, and whilst the instructions don't mention them, it seems like a good idea to put rivets in there to help hold the rib in place. Also went ahead and riveted the K1100-8 nutplates to the W-423 joint plate on the leading edge. Finally, I leak tested the right fuel tank using a balloon. I'll leave it until tomorrow now and see if the balloon deflates much. A little deflation is to be expected: after all, it is just a balloon. In any event, I'll do the whole soapy water thing just to check all the seams, joins, covers, etc...
